Trader Joe’s is preparing to open 30 new stores across 16 states, with new locations planned from California to the East Coast as the popular grocery chain continues to expand its nationwide presence.

According to the company’s store-opening listings, the expansion includes Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Utah and Washington.

New York is among the states receiving additional stores, with several locations planned across the state. According to retail industry reporting, the upcoming locations include:

Yonkers: 2482 Central Park Avenue

Camillus, near Syracuse: 3515 West Genesee Street

Glenmont: 388 Feura Bush Road

Staten Island: 6400 Amboy Road

The company also opened a store in Miller Place on Long Island earlier this year.

No new Brooklyn location appears on the currently reported list of upcoming stores. Trader Joe’s already operates several Brooklyn locations, including stores at City Point, Williamsburg and Court Street.

The expansion spans a wide range of markets across the country. Illinois has four locations listed in the broader rollout, including stores in Chicago, Joliet and Oswego. California, Florida and Texas are also seeing multiple new locations.

Opening dates for most of the remaining locations have not yet been announced.

A Trader Joe’s spokesperson told News outlets that new stores are typically added to the company’s “coming soon” list three to six months before they are expected to open.
