It has been confirmed with Rabbi Bendelstein, the OU RC (Rabbinic Coordinator) responsible for these products (hence the most reliable source of information on it), the following information:
Trader Joe’s Black & White Cookies – They are currently Pas Yisroel. Since their status may change, they are not listed as Pas Yisroel on the OU site. They are guaranteed to remain Pas Yisroel until September 2026, and possibly afterwards as well, though this should be rechecked then.
Trader Joe’s Babka – This will definitely remain Pas Yisroel throughout the year 5786, and the OU lists it as such online.
Lilly’s products – They are currently Pas Yisroel. Since their status may change, they are not listed as Pas Yisroel on the OU site. They are guaranteed to remain Pas Yisroel until September 2026, and possibly afterwards as well, though this should be rechecked then.
