Over 30 Vehicles: Car Menorah Parade Illuminates Kiryat Arba and Chevron
The traditional “Caravan of Light” took to the streets of Kiryas Arba and Chevron, featuring more than 30 vehicles spreading the glow of Chanukah throughout the community. The convoy traveled through the neighborhoods of Kiryas Arba, passed by the Kever of Rebbetzin Menucha Rochel, and proceeded to Me’aras Hamachpela, where participants gathered for a commemorative group photo at the site • Read More, Photos
The parade was led by the Chabad Shluchim to Kiryas Arba and Chevron, Rabbi Dany Cohen, Rabbi Yosef Nachshon, and Rabbi Yoni Atiya, accompanied by dozens of young Chassidim, music, Chanukah menorahs, and Yom Tov treats. Following the parade, a public menorah lighting took place inside Me’aras Hamachpela, after which attendees joined a farbrengen in the new Chabad House building at the foot of the holy site with mashpia Rabbi Shabtai Winterob.
