    Chocolate Cream Thumbprints ingredients:

    Cookies:

    1. 3 cups sugar
    2. 6 eggs
    3. 1½ cups oil
    4. 1½ cups cocoa
    5. 4 tsp baking powder
    6. ¼ cup vanilla sugar
    7. 4 cups flour
    8. 10 oz chocolate chips

    Cheese Filling:

    1. 8 oz J&J whipped cream cheese
    2. 1 egg
    3. ½ cup sugar
    4. 1 tsp vanilla sugar

    Instructions:

    1. Combine ingredients except flour and chocolate chips.
    2. Mix well until smooth.
    3. Add flour and chocolate chips.
    4. Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
    5. Preheat oven to 350°.
    6. Using a mini scooper scoop dough onto lined cookie sheet, leaving space in between.
    7. Bake for 15 minutes.
    8. Consine ingredients for filling.
    9. Use a soda bottle cover to make an indentation in the center of each cookie and scoop out a little of the center dough.
    10. Fill center of cookies with cheese mixture.
    11. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
    12. Enjoy!
