In preparation for the upcoming Pesach holiday, the talmidim (students) of Yeshivas Tomchei Temimim in the Queens and Poconos branches received a special surprise – high-quality Borsalino hats as a gift. This year, thanks to a blessed initiative by the yeshiva administration led by Executive Director Rabbi Menachem Mendel Hakkoen Hendel, the talmidim merited a significant upgrade in the quality of the hats distributed to them.

The Borsalino hat store in Crown Heights supplied the premium hats. Not only the regular talmidim, but also the staff members and shluchim (emissary) students received special vouchers allowing them to choose a Borsalino hat according to their personal taste.

The tradition of distributing hats and suits to yeshiva students before Pesach is a long-standing one, but this year stands out especially due to the upgrade in hat quality. This initiative, made possible by the generous support of friends and patrons of the yeshivos, expresses the deep appreciation for the dedicated talmidim and gives them an uplifting feeling as the holiday approaches.

The talmidim and their parents expressed joy and gratitude for the special, high-quality gift. There is no doubt that the new hats will add light and grace to the appearance of the talmidim during the holiday and throughout the year.
