    Ramen Crunch Salad Ingredients:

    Salad:

    1. Romaine lettuce
    2. Red onion
    3. Hearts of palm
    4. Avocado

    Crunch:

    1. 1 package ramen noodles, with the spice packet – crumbled into smaller pieces
    2. 1/4 cup slivered almonds
    3. 1/4 cup sesame seeds
    4. 1 tbsp oil
    5. 3 cloves of crushed garlic

    Sauté all the “crunch” ingredients till brown

    Dressing:

    1. 1/2 cup olive oil
    2. 1/2 cup sugar
    3. 2 tbsp soy sause
    4. 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
