One Murdered, Three Injured in Combined Terror Attack, Two Terrorists Eliminated

A man in his 30s was murdered and three others were injured on Tuesday afternoon in a combined terror attack at the Gush Etzion Junction • Read More

The attack began as a car-ramming, when two terrorists drove their vehicle into civilians standing at the junction. The terrorists then exited the vehicle armed with knives and attempted to stab additional Jews. Security forces neutralized the attackers at the scene, and according to initial assessments, both were eliminated.

MDA medics, assisted by IDF medical personnel, pronounced the death of a man in his 30s who had been critically wounded by stabbing.

Three additional victims were evacuated to hospitals in Jerusalem: A woman around 40 in serious condition, and a man in his 30s and a 15-year-old boy—both in moderate condition with injuries to their bodies.

Eitan Sa’ar, a United Hatzalah medic, said: “I was near the scene and heard gunfire. I rushed over and provided medical treatment to two female victims who were in serious condition at that moment. I also treated another lightly injured individual.”

MDA senior medic Itzik Itach added: “When I arrived, I saw a very severe scene. Several people were lying on the ground with varying degrees of injuries. We were forced to pronounce the death of a man in his 30s, and we provided medical care to a woman about 40 in serious condition, as well as to a man in his 30s and a 15-year-old boy in moderate condition, evacuating them to Shaare Zedek and Hadassah Ein Kerem hospitals.”
