In honor of Yud Tes Kislev, the Chabad Yeshivah of Argentina in Buenos Aires celebrated with an Kinus Hakhel and a Siyum Hashas.
The Siyum Hashas was given by Hat’ Menachem Mendel Serogo, he was joined by his father who spoke a few words. The Shaliach Rashi to Argentina, Rabbi Tzvi Grunblatt spoke were of encouragement. The Menahel Rabbi Raichik and Shliach Hat’ Aharon Havlin
And Hat’ Mendel Howner spoke after. Prizes for the Mivtza for Yud-Tes Kislev were given out to the mesivta bochurim, of the prizes were two stamps from the Rebbe.
