Reduced Tahalucha This Year in New York

Following letters from various Shluchim requesting that there should be no Tahalucha coming to their Shul this year due to health reasons, Rabbi Shmuel Butman, the Yoshev Rosh of Tzach in New York published a letter informing the public as to how Tahalucha will work this year • Full Letters
