You may have experienced “The Covid Burnout” Repeatedly being bombarded with stressors, decreased work life balance, perpetual uncertainty, overload of information, and navigating polarizing thoughts and ideas.

The longest lockdown in the world took its toll the on the lives of young people and the general public.

From all over the world, from Israel to Florida, New York and Australia, senior mental health professionals will provide guidance and empowerment. Specifically targeted to young people and their families. Among the speakers are Rabbi’s Manis Friedman, and YY Jacobson, mental health professionals and advocates, Sarah Roth, Sara Rivka Kohn, Eda Schottenstein, Renee Mill and others.

“Its your neighbour, your friend, your child.  Let’s show up for them, so the 1 in 4 don’t have to do it alone. Join in to listen, learn and invest in your wellness and together building better mental health for everyone. It’s also an opportunity to strengthen the sense of belonging we need as a community” says Rabbi Chaim Levy of Sydney’s Shul.
