Just over a week before Haifa’s annual Kinus HaShluchim, this year’s theme of “Our Strength Is in Our Unity” is already being reflected with the announcement of a new Shlichus.

Rabbi Yossi and Bassy Shmulovitz have been appointed as the Rebbe’s Shluchim to the Neve David neighborhood of Haifa, under the leadership of the city’s head Shliach, Rabbi Yehuda Ginzburg.

Neve David, one of Haifa’s largest neighborhoods, is currently undergoing extensive redevelopment and attracting many young families. The Shmulovitz family will establish a new Chabad House to serve the area’s growing Jewish population, offering a wide range of Jewish programs, classes, and community services.

Their appointment further strengthens Haifa’s rapidly expanding network of Shluchim, which now includes more than 35 Chabad Houses throughout the city, serving communities across Haifa.

The announcement comes just ahead of the city’s annual Kinus HaShluchim, highlighting the continued growth of the Rebbe’s Shlichus in Haifa.
