Kfar Chabad Resident Injured in Violent Attack
A serious incident took place Wednesday before dawn in Kfar Chabad: A resident of the Levi Yitzchak neighborhood was violently attacked by an unknown assailant wielding a screwdriver • Full Story, Watch
According to initial reports, the resident was awakened in the early hours of the morning by shouting outside his home. When he stepped outside to investigate, he was suddenly ambushed by an individual who stabbed him in the head — near his eye — as well as in his upper body, before fleeing the scene.
The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment in moderate condition.
Police launched an extensive search for the attacker.
The “Volunteers in the Kfar” organization, led by R’ Moishele Gutman, is urging anyone who may have witnessed the attack or has surveillance footage of the suspect to come forward without delay.
The public is requested to recite Tehillim for the speedy recovery of the injured resident.
