The solemn gathering was marked by heartfelt prayers and reflection over the destruction of the Beis Hamikdash, concluding with the timeless plea: “Hashiveinu Hashem eilecha v’nashuvah, chadeish yameinu k’kedem” — “Bring us back to You, Hashem, and we shall return; renew our days as of old.”
