Hundreds March to Reb Levi Yitzchak’s Ohel in Kazakhstan
Hundreds of Jews marched through the streets of Almaty, Kazakhstan on Lag BaOmer in a moving parade of Jewish pride, joy, and unity, beginning at the “Levi Yitzchak” Shul and concluding at the Ohel of Rabbi Levi Yitzchak Schneerson, father of the Rebbe • Full Story, Photos
There, at the site that absorbed generations of tears, prayers, and Mesirus Nefesh, a deeply emotional Pan Klali was read in the local language on behalf of the entire community and the Rebbe’s Shluchim in Kazakhstan by the chairman of the Jewish community, Mr. Albert Shimoni.
In the moving Pan Klali recited at the holy site, the Almaty community offered heartfelt prayers for healing, livelihood, Shidduchim, children, success for the Rebbe’s Shluchim throughout Kazakhstan, peace and security in Eretz Yisroel and throughout the world, and above all, that we merit immediately the true and complete Geulah.
The Shluchim and participants submitted names for personal requests and poured out their hearts in prayer that everyone merit salvation and blessings very soon.
The Pan Klali also included a special and emotional blessing for the thousands of supporters and donors who strengthen the Jewish community, that they merit to be blessed “ad pi chameish me’os ad bli dai,” as per the Rebbe’s blessing regarding matters connected to Reb Levi Yitzchak.
