Machazikei Hadas, the Beis Din of Antwerp, Belgium has issued guidelines for Purim this year, due to the recent attacks. Citing the three-days of “national mourning”, they warn against face-masks, firecrackers, loud noisemakers, and to contain the festivities to inside homes and synagogues.
