    It’s Elul in Ohr Menachem!

Following their short 3 week vacation, our Zise Talmidim are back full force to the Seforim! At the onset of first day all talmidim were greeted with leibedike chassidishe music, balloons and more! Images captured by photographer Dov Ber HechtmanPhotos

Launching this years special Shnas Hakhel, the day began with a special assembly. The Menahel Rabbi Mendel Yusewitz described the uniqueness of the upcoming year, and congratulated every Talmid on their reaching this milestone and upgrading to the next kita. Rabbi Zalman Goldstein of our Hanhala described the impact of our learning, and all heard Shofar from Rabbi Yisroel Botnick Melamed of kita hey.

After receiving Tzdoka from the vice principal Rabbi Yossef Overlander one talmid at a time was called upon to join his new kita! Finally, the sweet sounds of Torah were heard in the hallways of Cheder once more.

Imagine feeling in the presence of the king, that is the “Melech B’sode” feeling felt in the air. At the conclusion of the day every talmid received sweets from his melamed and a a personalized treat bag all left uplifted and excited to come back tomorrow for another day of learning!
