The Rebbe’s Mamorim For Vov Tishrei & Shabbos Shuva, Explained

As we approach Shabbos Shuva and Vov Tishrei, learn the Mamorim the Rebbe was Magiah, in Memory of His Mother, Rebbetzin Chana, A”H, with Shiurim taught in a stirring English Shiur by Shliach Rabbi Yitzchok Minkowicz of Fort Myers, Florida • Full Story, Watch

As we approach Shabbos Shuva, a time of deep return and spiritual elevation nestled between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, we are also reminded of a powerful and personal moment in Chabad history.

This year marks 61 years since the passing of Rebbetzin Chana Schneerson, the Rebbe’s beloved mother, of righteous memory, who returned her soul to her Creator on Shabbos Shuva, the 6th of Tishrei, 5725 (1964). Her life was one of quiet strength, profound dignity, and unwavering devotion to her husband, to the Rebbe, to her people, and to the mission of spreading Torah and Chassidus with warmth and truth.

The Rebbe honored his mother’s yahrzeit every year with deep reverence, often delivering profound Chassidic discourses (ma’amarim) in her merit, illuminating the depths of Torah in a way that continues to inspire generations.

In this spirit, Rabbi Yitzchok Minkowicz, Shliach of the Rebbe and director of Chabad Lubavitch of Southwest Florida, is offering a precious gift to the world: Nine powerful, deeply edited (Mugah) Ma’amorim of the Rebbe are now available to learn on Chabadinfo and YouTube.

These maamarim are certified and edited from the Rebbe’s own words, reviewed by him for clarity and precision, and each one is delivered with passion, insight, and clarity by Rabbi Minkowicz.

This is not just a learning opportunity, it’s a spiritual elevation. It’s a way to:

    Connect with the Rebbe’s Torah

Elevate the soul of Rebbetzin Chana, a true woman of valor.

Bring light into your life and into the world in these Days of Awe.

What better way to honor the Rebbe’s mother than by learning the very Torah the Rebbe taught in her memory?

Whether you’re a seasoned learner or just beginning your journey into Chassidus, these teachings will touch your soul and deepen your connection to this powerful time of year.

As the gates of Heaven remain open in these holy days between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, may this learning bring merit to you, to your loved ones, and to the soul of Rebbetzin Chana Schneerson, a true mother in Israel, whose legacy lives on through the Rebbe and through each of us who chooses to bring more light into the world.

With blessings for a G’mar Chasima Tova, and a sweet, meaningful year ahead.
