He is survived by his children, Mrs. Etel Refson, Leeds, England; Rabbi Yossel Raskin, London, England; Mrs. Leah Friedman, Tzfas, ER”Y; Rabbi Leibel Raskin, Melbourne, Australia; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
