Sirens blared across central Israel as rockets were fired from Lebanon, with residents reporting multiple explosions throughout the region.
Security forces confirmed that one rocket hit the central area, while additional missiles fell in open spaces. Rescue teams reported two minor injuries: a 32-year-old man struck by debris and a 38-year-old woman with a leg injury.
Among those affected was Chabad Shliach in the Kiryat HaOmanim neighborhood of Ramla. The balcony glass door shattered from a rocket, collapsing mere inches from the crib of their baby.
Rabbi Medavil recounted the terrifying moment: “The balcony glass fell right next to our baby’s crib. We are forever grateful to the Holy One, blessed be He. This was a tremendous miracle!”
Despite the danger and destruction, the family emerged unharmed, a powerful reminder of Divine protection and the everyday miracles that surround us.
