Ramen Crunch Salad Ingredients:
Salad:
- Romaine lettuce
- Red onion
- Hearts of palm
- Avocado
Crunch:
- 1 package ramen noodles, with the spice packet – crumbled into smaller pieces
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp oil
- 3 cloves of crushed garlic
Sauté all the “crunch” ingredients till brown
Dressing:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sause
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
