Milchig Chocolate Chip Cookies:
Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanila extract
- 2 eggs
- 9 oz. pack Dairy chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Instructions:
- preheat oven to 375.
- combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl.
- beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy.
- add eggs, one at a time beating well after each addition.
- gradually beat in flower mixture.
- stir in chocolate chips, and nuts.
- Drop by rounded tablespoon onto baking sheet.
- bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until Golden Brown.
- cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes.
- Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
