    Milchig Chocolate Chip Cookies:

    Ingredients:

    1. 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
    2. 1 tsp baking soda
    3. 1 tsp salt
    4. 1 cup butter, softened
    5. 1/2 cup granulated sugar
    6. 3/4 cup brown sugar
    7. 1 tsp vanila extract
    8. 2 eggs
    9. 9 oz. pack Dairy chocolate chips
    10. 1 cup chopped nuts

     

    Instructions:

    1. preheat oven to 375.
    2. combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl.
    3. beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy.
    4. add eggs, one at a time beating well after each addition.
    5. gradually beat in flower mixture.
    6. stir in chocolate chips, and nuts.
    7. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto baking sheet.
    8. bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until Golden Brown.
    9. cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes.
    10. Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
