R’ Kuti Rapp Wins Special Raffle

For many years already, based on the Horah of the Rebbe, a Siyum at the end of every Halochos takes place in 770. The Siyum is organized by R’ Menachem Gerlitzky.
Recently R’ Gerlitzky started an encouragement program for those that participate in the Siyum. A bottle of Mashke that R’ Gerlitzki was Zoche to receive from the Rebbe, is raffled off to those that participate 18 times from Lag B’Omer through the siyum.
Last Thursday night, at the siyum on the entire Rambam, the third raffle took place, and R’ Yekusiel Menachem Rapp, OB”M, who was known for always participating in the siyum, won the raffle. His son took the bottle on his father’s behalf.
