The Zal of the Yeshivas Chassidei Chabad Lubavitch Tzfas was filled on Thursday with hundreds of Bochurim as Zman Elul officially began and the students returned from the Bein Hazmanim break.
The atmosphere in the large Zal was filled with a sense of renewal and inspiration, as the sound of Torah learning could be heard throughout the room. The Bochurim immersed themselves in the Gemara and Chassidus being studied, with a focus on making the most of the special days of the month of Elul.
Under the leadership of Rosh Yeshivah Rabbi Meir Wilschanski, together with the Roshei Yeshivah, Maggidei Shiur and Mashpiim, the Bochurim began learning Maseches Pesachim, which is being studied this year in Tomchei Temimim Yeshivos around the world.
The Yeshivah administration notes that this year, 210 Bochurim joined Shiur Alef in the main Yeshivah and its branch in Nof HaGalil. Together with approximately 370 additional students in Shiur Beis and Shiur Gimmel, the Yeshivah now has approximately 580 Bochurim — a record enrollment in the Yeshivah’s history.
