Yeshivas Chabad Mitzpeh Yitzhar, under the leadership of Rabbi Itzik Sandroi, began the winter Zman with a special ceremony marking the affixing of Mezuzos in their brand-new Zal. Rabbi Dovid Schneerson of Itamar, one of the founding members of the yeshiva made the Brocha.
