Aharon shared his thoughts with Chabad Info: “We’ve been fighting for so long, and we have yet to achieve complete victory… Perhaps we will get there, but unfortunately, this journey has come at a painful cost. That is why we pray—‘Have mercy on us, Father, have mercy’—send us the true and complete redemption soon.”
He continued, ”‘Tefillah L’Shalom’ is a plea after so many months of war, loss, and sacrifice. We cry out: ‘Please, Hashem, have mercy on us, Father, have mercy. Bring us complete victory with kindness and compassion, bring us the true and complete redemption.’”
