Rabbi Yitzchak Garelik, the Rebbe’s Shliach to the republic of Tartarstan was awarded with a national gold medal from the president in honor of 100th anniversary since the republic’s inception.

During the awards ceremony, Rabbi Garelik was honored with addressing those assembled there.

Rabbi Garelik blessed and thanked the country for enabling him to do his holy work and ended off with thanking everyone in Hebrew and the native tongue.
