Rabbi Minkowicz was at the Jewish Federation Israel event in Fort Myers, Florida putting on Teffilin with Jews and Giving out Shmura Matzah.
The Head of the Jewish Federation introduced Rabbi Minkowicz to a Jew in a wheelchair that lost his house due to Hurricane Ian and is living with his children now. So naturally the First question is have you put on Teffilin today. The response was I have never put on Teffilin in my life. The Jew agreed to put on Teffilin at the Event in middle of the whole program in his wheelchair.
