    Ningbo’s Siyum Still Takes Place

    A grand Siyum Harambam celebration was planned for the city of Ningbo, in east China’s Zhejiang province, however recent Covid restrictions and lockdowns changed the plans. The Rebbe’s Shliach to Ningbo, Rabbi Kuty Kalmenson addressed the hall with only his children in attendance, but he wasn’t going to cancel the Siyum Harambam • Photos
