In the days leading up to the month of Tishrei, Rabbi Shmulik and his wife Menucha Rachel Amar arrived in Foshan, China, to join the city’s existing shluchim, Rabbi Gadi Luzon and family.
The new Shluchim will help expand and strengthen Chabad’s activities in the city, supporting the growing local community and providing services to the many visiting businessmen.
