In the presence of the Head Shliach and Director of Beis Lubavitch Paris, Rabbi M.M. Azimov, the Chief Rabbi of France, Rabbi Chaim Corsia, Mr. Eli Corsia, Rabbi Levi Kahn and Rabbi Shmuel Levin.
