According to the summary, Iran has so far launched approximately 400 ballistic missiles of varying ranges (surface-to-surface). Of those, around 20 struck built-up areas, causing casualties and property damage.
Despite some impact, the number of hits is consistent with early security assessments — and is even considered relatively low in terms of casualties.
The IDF emphasized that the actual number of injuries is significantly lower than pre-strike estimates, in what they called outright miraculous terms.
Simultaneously, Iran also mounted a massive drone attack. According to the figures, approximately 1,000 UAVs were launched toward Israel. Miraculously, fewer than 200 even reached Israeli territory, and none of them caused direct hits, with all intercepted or failing to reach their targets.
