While 770 remains closed due to the recent vandalism, for those who regularly Daven at 770, Bez”h there will be minyanim at the Heichal Halimud on the corner of President Street and Albany Avenue. (1475 President, entrance on Albany by the alley).

The Heichal Halimud has always been a space completely dedicated for people to learn with no distractions, however we believe this will be an opportunity to draw more people inside who will then stay after the minyan – or come earlier – and take advantage of the opportunity for learning, and generally increase their awareness – as well as of those they know – of their ability to have the place and environment for learning.

“We have considered doing this for quite some time, the current situation was the final push to making this a reality for the long term”, Rabbi Browd told Chabadinfo.

There will be one Minyan (and one Chazan) for Shacharis, during the week (not Shabbos for the time being)

Shacharis* 8:00 am (There is no Sefer Torah on premises at this time, however if someone has one, a safe may be available.  please contact Yagdil Torah if you have access to a Torah.)

To receive updates about the minyanim please contact Yagdil Torah at [email protected] or 347.223.5943 with the word “updates” in the message

At this time, the Heichal @ 574 Empire remains open with no Minyanim from 6am – 2am (yes 20 hours a day).
