At the initiative of the city’s shliach, Rabbi Yonatan Markovitch, one of Kyiv’s leading television channels aired an in-depth program highlighting the Rebbe’s life, global impact, and enduring influence. The broadcast featured stories and testimonials from public figures and local residents who shared how they were inspired by his message.
Despite the ongoing war and complex conditions in the country, the station agreed to air the program after significant efforts, ultimately reaching millions of viewers across Ukraine with messages of faith, hope, and positive action.
“Especially in these challenging times, it is so important to shine the light of the Rebbe, who believes in every individual and spread hope, unity, and emunah to the entire world,” Rabbi Markovitch said. “This broadcast gave us the opportunity to bring the Rebbe’s message to both the Jewish community and the broader public.”
As part of the initiative, a widespread outdoor campaign was also launched across Kyiv, featuring digital screens and street billboards displaying the Chassidishe message “Think good—and it will be good,” alongside the Rebbe’s image. The campaign aimed to uplift spirits and strengthen hope among residents facing the ongoing hardships of war.
