Israel’s Chief Rabbi Registers Grandchildren in Children’s Sefer Torah

In a meeting at his office, Rabbi Ber welcomed Rabbi Shmuel Greizman, Chairman of the Sefer Torah Yaldei Yisrael Committee. Rabbi Greizman presented the Chief Rabbi with certificates for letters purchased in the Torah scroll on behalf of his grandchildren. Rabbi Ber expressed deep gratitude and excitement for the opportunity to participate in this sacred project, carried out under the holy guidance of The Rebbe.
Rabbi Greizman briefed the Chief Rabbi on the committee’s ongoing activities and extended an invitation to attend the Siyum Sefer Torah ceremony of the ninth Torah, scheduled for the coming year. At the conclusion of the visit, Rabbi Ber received a beautifully crafted album documenting previous Torah completions, commemorating the ongoing dedication of the project to Jewish children worldwide.
