The new Torah scroll was welcomed with dancing and heartfelt singing as it made its way toward 770, accompanied by bochurim, shluchim, and members of the Crown Heights community. The event was filled with emotion and unity, celebrating Rabbi Kotlarsky’s legacy of spreading Torah, Yiddishkeit, and the vision of the Rebbe to every corner of the world.
