Frankfurt Welcomes New Sefer Torah

This past Sunday, the streets of Frankfurt, Germany, were filled at a joyous Siyum Sefer Torah ceremony. The event was led by the Head of the Beis Din of Frankfurt, Harav Yosef Yerachmiel Havlin, the Shluchim; Rabbi Zalman Gurevitch, Rabbi Moshe Mendelshon and Rabbi Menachem Rosenberg.
