Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak and Efrat Marom are excited to be joining the Rebbe Melech Hamoshiach Shlita’s army and moving out this week to El Nido, Palawan, Philippines to establish a Chabad House in this area of the Philippines.
They are opening a Chabad House that will serve the thousands of tourists that visit the island. El Nido, Palawan is considered one of the most beautiful islands in the world and many Jewish tourists visit year round.
The new Shluchim are coming to the Philippines with the help of Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak Levy, the senior Shliach to the Philippines.
There will now be a total of four Chabad Houses in the Philippines, a country that till just a few years ago didn’t have any Chabad Houses:
Manila: Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak and Tiferet Levy
Clark: Rabbi Shmuel Yosef and Rachel Luzon
Cebu: Rabbi Nir and Cheli Donnenfeld
El Nido, Palawan: Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak and Efrat Marom
