French Shluchim and Anash gathered for a Melava Malka at the Beis Chabad of Flanders (which is directed by Rabbi Daniel Gabay), to mark the 11th Yahrtzeit of Rabbi Shmuel “Mulleh” Azimov A”H and the 13th yahrtzeit of his wife, Mrs. Bassie Azimov A”H.
The Azimovs were responsible for transforming the landscape of French Jewry, bringing down over 400 Shluchim and making thousands into baalei teshuva over the decades of their tireless work
Each told a story about the Tzadikim and the actions of Reb Shmuel Azimov, who did so much for each and every one. May his memory be a source of blessings and may he and his wife be proud of the entire group of French Shluchim.
