A bochur from Tomchei Temimim – Kiryat Gat, met Eli Kay obm two weeks ago during a visit to the Western Wall and he told him he was studying in Kiryat Gat, Eli asked him to pass on a note to Rabbi Zalman Yaroslavsky who serves as Rabbi of the Chabad community in Elad, as well as teaches at the yeshiva. In the note he wrote: “Regards from Eli Kaye. I haven’t forgotten that I have to invite you to my wedding. Good news.”
A delegation from Tomchei Temimim – Kiryat Gat, together with Rabbi Moshe Havlin, came to comfort the family.
They were excited to bring this note to the family which was in the possession of Rabbi Yaroslavsky, who was in close contact with Eli Kay and saw it as “V’Hachai Yitein El Lebo”.
