    Cyprus Chabad Holds Siyum Sefer Torah

    Hundreds of family members of soldiers who were killed during Operation Protective Edge, flew to Cyprus for a special ceremony of the finishing of a Sefer Torah in honor of the fallen soldiers. Chabad of Cyprus directed by senior Shliach, Rabbi Aryeh Zev Raskin, opened a Chabad House in honor of the lost soldiers, and now arranged this special event • Photos
