Yesterday, the chanukas habayis and ‘placing the Mezuzah’ ceremony took place in the new restaurant and hall of the Ohr Avner institution of Zhytomyr, Ukraine.
The guest of honor was philanthropist George Rohr, who helps support many Chabad institutions around the world.
This new hall is going to help its hundreds of guests that come to the area yearly, visiting Kivrei Tzadikim.
