Despite Flight Cancellations, Kiryat Ata Family Rejoices Together
In a heartfelt display of unity and joy, the Chabad community in Kiryat Ata came together tonight to celebrate the wedding of Shmuel Avraham, son of Rabbi Yaron and Mrs. Sharon Avraham, even as his parents were unable to attend the chuppah in Crown Heights, New York • Read More, Photos
Due to the ongoing security situation in Israel and resulting flight disruptions, Rabbi Yaron and his family could not secure travel to the United States for their son’s Simcha. Determined that the family would not mark the occasion in isolation, local Chabad members organized a vibrant parallel celebration in Eretz Yisroel.
The event took place in the hall of the Chabad Shul in Kiryat Ata, fully compliant with Home Front Command safety guidelines. A lively band, composed of shluchim from the Chinuch staff at Talmud Torah Chabad “Tzivos Menachem” provided uplifting music and an atmosphere of simcha.
Though separated by thousands of miles, the family and community shared in the joy of the Chosson and Kallah, bridging the physical distance through shared celebration and warmth.
Mazal tov to the Chosson Shmuel Avraham and his Kallah! May Hashem grant them a life filled with Torah, chassidus, and endless nachas, and may the entire family soon reunite in happiness.
B’ezras Hashem, such acts of achdus continue to strengthen Jewish communities everywhere.
