The Rebbe’s reply to a group of women that was given around 15 Shevat:
לכאו”א [=לכל אחת ואחת] תי’
אזכיר עה”צ, והזמ”ג [=והזמן גרמא] ר”ה [=ראש השנה] לאילנות – והאדם עץ השדה” ע”ד כבר”ה [=על דרך כבראש השנה] הכללי – הקב”ה מברך כאו”א שי’ מבנ”א בכטגו”ר [=מבני אדם בכל טוב גשמי ורוחני]
בהשאלות – כמענת רב פס”ד [=פוסק דינים]
Translation:
To each and every one of you תחי’:
I will mention you at the Tziyun, and the time now – Rosh Hashana for the trees — is in and of it itself auspicious and causes blessing, for “Man is like the tree of the field” and like in the general Rosh Hashana, on this day Hashem blesses each and every one ‘שי of mankind with all good, both physical and spiritual.
