A Bochur riding an electric scooter in Crown Heights was hit by a swerving car which afterwards drove through someone’s retaining wall after the Bochur cut into the street against traffic narrowly avoiding another car. Hatzoloh was on the scene to help the driver as the Bochur was completely fine Baruch Hashem. The driver was later seen handcuffed and in police custody • Photos, Video
