The chazara was live on the telephone hotline of WLCC which was broadcasting in the nuns (5750’s) with the purpose of quenching the thirst of many Shluchim and Anash all over the world to right away what was said by the Rebbe on shabbos
Yosef Yitzchak Jacobson was very careful to say word for word what the Rebbe said and nothing of his own.
