Rabbi Shlomo Ben-Talila, a Shliach in Africa who runs many Chabad Houses around the continent warmly welcomed Shluchim Rabbi Shmulik Notik of Kenya and Rabbi Eliyahu Chaviv of Ethiopia into the network of Shluchim in Africa.
