Last night, a special ‘Hakhel’ Gathering took place for the Spanish speaking Bochurim who came to the Rebbe for the month of Tishrei.
The event took place in 1414 with the participation of close to 100 Bochurim. The event brought a unique Achdus between these Bochurim, who are from different countries like Argentina and Venezuela and who are learning in different Yeshivas, but are all of the same language.
Among the speakers at the gathering was Rabbi Leibel Shuchat, Shliach for many years to Venezuela, Rabbi Moshe Abad, Mashpia in the Yeshiva in Tzfas, Rabbi Yechezkel Tanis of Eretz Yisroel, Rabbi Shauli Polichenko of Argentina and Rabbi Yair Sandhouse of Crown Heights, originally from Argentina.
The event was organized by ‘Eshel – Hachnosas Orchim’ – Spanish division.
