The muggers forcibly took an envelope containing cash from the victim and fled off to Troy Avenue.
Adrian Briscoe, 18, was located by Crown Heights shmira and later arrested by the NYPD in the area of East New York and Troy soon after the bochur was mugged on Carroll Street between Troy and Schenectity. He faces charges of Robbery.
