The New York Police Department notified that it has in its custody the man who kicked a baby carriage with 2 children in it on Monday in Crown Heights.
A young Jewish mother found herself in the center of a shocking incident Monday afternoon, when an enraged man kicked aside her stroller with her two children inside, while she was pushing the stroller.
The incident occurred on Sterling St between New York and Brooklyn Ave just before 2:00pm, Monday afternoon.
Later, the same man violently pushed two teenaged girls as they walked on Kingston Avenue near Empire Boulevard in Crown Heights on Monday night.
Police on patrol at around midnight saw a man matching the victim’s description, and placed him under arrest.
The alleged perpetrator is the same person who was arrested in January for a spree of shoving attacks on Kingston Avenue.
