A 13 year old girl was assaulted in Brower Park on Friday afternoon.
The incident began when a black female approached the victim and demanded she stopped playing with her ball. When the victim objected, the woman left and soon returned with a male friend who pushed the girl to the ground, sat on her and pulled her hair.
Thankfully, she wasn’t seriously injured.
Shmira and police immediately responded and searched for the perpetrators but they had already fled. The police took a report of the incident.
